Congressman McCormick Leads Inquiry on Biden-SVB-China Connections

Washington--Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA-06) has led 20 House colleagues in demanding answers from President Biden in the wake of his "bailout" of Silicon Valley Bank investors, following revelations that businesses associated with the Chinese Communist Party are benefitting from these actions. The Representatives also inquired about payments members of the Biden family are alleged to have received from Chinese companies in past years. 

“The American people deserve to know whether their government is bailing out companies connected to the Chinese Communist Party," said Rep. McCormick. "Joe Biden should answer whether his family has received large payments from companies in China, and whether his judgement was influenced as a result. American tax dollars should not go to our global adversaries, period.”
