Congressman McCormick Appointed Chairman of Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee

WASHINGTON - Congressman Rich McCormick was appointed as chairman of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, under the Science, Space, and Technology Committee.

Congressman McCormick stated, "I am honored to be appointed as chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the Science, Space, and Technology Committee by Chairman Babin. I am grateful for his trust in me as I continue the work to bring oversight and accountability to this body. I look forward to working with NASA, the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and many other leaders in this arena."

Congressman McCormick will also be returning as a member of the Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee.
